Limonov L. E. has taken part (as the moderator) in a seminar «Engaging Citizens in Development Management and Public Governance for the Achievement of the Millenium Development Goals», organised by the United Nations in the framework of the Forum «The Role of Public Service in Achieving the Millennium Development Goals: Challenges and Best Practices» and the United Nations Public Service Day celebratings. Actions have taken place in Barcelona, Spain, on June, 21-23st and included, besides the Forum, The UN Public Service Awards Ceremony 2010 (for the best practice in the field of the state and municipal management).
